Welcome to ACS Technologies. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the services provided by ACS Technologies.

By using this website, requesting a quotation, engaging our services, or entering into a service agreement with ACS Technologies, you agree to these Terms.

1. About ACS Technologies

ACS Technologies provides technology and digital services including:

Specific project requirements, pricing, timelines, deliverables, and payment terms may be defined separately in a quotation, proposal, invoice, or written service agreement.

Where a separate signed agreement exists, that agreement will take priority over these general website Terms if there is any conflict.

2. Quotations and Project Approval

Quotations provided by ACS Technologies are based on the information and requirements available at the time they are prepared.

Unless otherwise stated, quotations may have a limited validity period.

A project may be considered approved once the client:

Work may not begin until the required approval and payment have been received.

3. Payments

Payment terms will normally be stated on the relevant quotation, invoice, or service agreement.

Depending on the project, ACS Technologies may require:

Clients are responsible for paying invoices by the stated due date.

ACS Technologies may pause work, suspend services, or delay delivery where payments are overdue.

4. Deposits and Cancellations

Deposits may be required to reserve project time and begin work.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deposits may become non-refundable once work has started because they cover planning, development time, administration, purchased services, and allocated resources.

Website and application projects may involve third-party software, plugins, themes, APIs, hosting providers, payment processors, external platforms, or other services.
